The boys presented their projects excellently and their interaction with judges and presentation skills was something that was highly commended.
The boy’s teacher Enda Keena, commented “We would like to sincerely thank Fiachra McLoughlin and all at the Arcadia group and Councillor Frankie Keena for the organisation of this competition. Their interaction with the schools throughout the year really helped add to the anticipation and prestige of the competition. This culminated with a wonderful day out in TUS on Tuesday last where each school demonstrated and presented their projects. The day was filled with fun, excitement, lots of treats, excellent guest speakers and perhaps most importantly it gave the boys the platform and opportunity to nurture the very important skills of presentation and public speaking. We would also like to extend our appreciation to all at TUS for their involvement and engagement with the competition. It really added to the prestige and professionalism of the whole experience. Roll on the Arcadia Climate Action Project 2024!”
